Description
The 2000 Gold boot offers everything you would want from a skate boot; It is lightweight, beautifully finished, suitable for skating at high speeds and is praised for its good fit.
The boot is made by hand and is fully thermoplastic, so you will always enjoy a perfect fit. The combination of kangaroo leather and Kevlar ensures the stiffness and fit, and retains its fit even after many uses, the durability making this boot absolutely worth the investment! This combination with the blade allows for both side to side movement and the front and back as well as back and forth movement thereby allowing the optimal position to be obtained.
The characteristic red anodised bridge is made of 7075 aluminium and has 3 times the tensile strength of ordinary stirrups. Because of this the skate is great for skating at high speeds, and this model is used by top skaters such as Sven Kramer and Ireen Wüst!
The blade has a hardness of 62 to 64 Rockwell making it easy to control.
All skates are supplied ready to use; this means bent and rockered (standard curve is 23 meters) If you would like a different radius, then please indicate this when completing your order.
